What makes us a great employer?

We’re often asked What makes Educ8 a great place to work? And the truth is, there’s lots of reasons why people choose to work for us.

We offer lots of different career opportunities so that you can use your skills to make a difference to the lives of children and young people living with challenging behaviour needs.

We offer great rewards and benefits, lots of learning and development opportunities, and health and wellbeing support, so whilst you’re busy caring for our children, you can be assured that we’re caring for you.

Learning & Development

We truly believe that working with children is a skilled profession, and requires the highest levels of training and professional development.

Our experience in the specialist education sector has taught us that training is not all classroom based, and so we have a combination of face-to-face training, online courses, on-the-job training, and continuous supervision and development.
