Your journey with us begins long before your child starts their first day. The profile of children we support is specific and there is good reason to be selective. We work with you from the onset to understand your child’s situation and individual needs.
Individual Transition Plans
Many of the young people who come to us have been out of education for a period of time and/or have had negative experiences of school in the past.
An individual Transition Plan is drawn up for each pupil which includes visits to the school, working with current or previous schools and gathering information from various professionals so that we are prepared to fully support the young person from their first day.
